I’m a product manager, content designer, journalist, editor, and creative strategist dedicated to helping people live fuller lives.

I spent five years as the Director of Content for Shine, an app that makes daily self-care more accessible. Named Best App of the Year for 3 consecutive years by Apple and Google, I directed Shine’s content design, social media, and brand team.

Headspace Health acquired Shine in September 2022.
